I first found out about Reiki, and started exploring it, after becoming a Mummy in 2015. Today it forms part of my daily self-care and wellbeing routine and enable me to help others to explore the benefits. As well as teaching others how to use this for themselves, their loved ones and grow a business; if this is their calling and goal.
