Victoria is available to develop and deliver bespoke sessions for your workforce; designed to support and empower with simple tools and techniques that can be used inside and outside the workplace. Examples are meditation, mindfulness, discussion, etc plus individual sessions are also available. Reiki for staff is also a great healing technique to help with relaxing, balancing and general well-being.
