What is Reiki?
Reiki (ray-key) literally translates to mean ‘Universal Life Force Energy’ in Japanese and is a form of healing. 

Reiki Principles:

• Just for today, I will not anger
• Just for today, I will not worry
• Just for today, I will be grateful for all my blessings
• Just for today, I will work with honesty and integrity
• Just for today, I will be kind to all living beings

How does Reiki work?
Reiki is given fully clothed in a quiet environment and is safe for adults, children, mothers–to–be and babies*.  It is a healing treatment that works on the whole body, mind & spirit and is an incredibly relaxing experience where the hands are placed on, or just above the body of the client.

As a Reiki Healer I connect with the ‘Universal Life Force Energy’ and each session is unique as it is designed to support you with your healing process and for your highest good. 

By re-energising the key Chakra points of the body, healing energy goes where it’s needed.

How can Reiki help?
Each person is unique and the experience will therefore be unique, however some of the known benefits are:

• 1 hour session (if more time is required, the time can be extended and a part hour fee may be charged)

• Reiki is sent when the person isn't present

NOTE: All people experience Reiki energy differently and so trust is the process is so important; allowing the body to re-balance and support the holistic approach to healing and wellness.  Victoria has been trained on Usui Reiki, however will tailor the healing as best drawn to support the client.

* Reiki does not take the place of conventional medicine. Always consult a GP for an acute or infectious condition and problems of urgent concern.  Recommended that pregnant women also consult their healthcare professional.  Reiki practitioners will not diagnose health problems.
